How bout them Tax Liens?

So...I'm new at this tax lien investing thing. However I'm not nervous, rather I feel very excited. So I'm thinking, what better way to share my excitement but to start a blog? So here goes. I went to a seminar last Saturday that was basically a 3 hour sales pitch for an educational tax lien investment company that charges over $4000.00 for training!!!! Seriously??? So anyway I started doing my own research and learned how to do the same thing on my own and saved myself $4000.00. I invest in over the counter county held tax liens that don't sell at the auction. The reason why is because I don't like auctions, bidding, or competition for that matter. I like shopping for real estate bargains, precious gems that others overlook and are oblivious to.
I can teach you to do the same thing. The first step is to identify a niche that you're passionate about, plan and identify goals, get organized, then execute the plan. Tax lien investing, when done right, will guarantee you a 16%-36% annual return on your money in most cases. Also, the cost of entry to invest is extremely minimal. I mean like $10-$20 dollars minimal. My kid sister in 1st grade can afford it with her piggy bank money, and so can you! The interest alone is appealing if you have a brain, but that's not even the best part. If the lien doesn't get paid off by the owner, you can apply for the property deed and foreclose on the property, wiping out the mortgage and all other liens, giving you the property free and clear.
Don't pay anything to learn about tax liens, spend it on something that matters. Follow my blog to learn everything you'll ever need to know about investing in tax liens absolutely free. Cheers :)
